Construction Projects The following is a selection of construction projects which have recently been completed by Eurohaus. In each case the Company designed, managed or built the project. Thruxton Farm When our client acquired Thruxton Farm in late 2004 we were invited to see what could be derived from 2 derelict barns dating back 200 years. The result was planning permission for 5 family houses and an attractive communal landscaping scheme. 18 months later, the building was completed at a cost of around £1000 per square metres. Stringent planning controls meant that the houses had to be threaded within the fabric of the existing barn structure resulting in a need for complex detailing to ensure that new and old blend effortlessly together. completed early 2006
Vinyard Hill House Situated in one of the best residential districts in Wimbledon, Vineyard Hill House is a 450 square metre luxury residence designed and built by Eurohaus. The property replaced a dilapidated late Victorian residence and is built over 4 floors. The project involved the excavation of a basement, complex party wall issues and the use of high quality materials and finishes throughout. Despite the luxurious specification, the construction cost was highly economic. Significant credit for this can be attributed to the purchase of many products in Eastern Europe and Germany. On this project Eurohaus dealt with the design, planning consent, building regulations, party wall matters, construction and procurement. completed 2006
Mostyn Road At Mostyn Road Eurohaus along with S. Haggerty obtained planning permission for the conversion of a large Wimbledon house into 4 luxury apartments. The House was subsequently successfully converted within a fast 6 month site programme. All construction, legal consents, procurement, party wall and site management was undertaken by through the Company. completed 2005 |
