Construction
We offer a full construction service and are ZURICH
registered builder. Over the years we have delivered many sizable residential
construction projects on time and on budget. The Company also offers a
construction management service whereby we can plan and supervise works for
clients who are using other sub contractors or labour.
Recent Examples:
Wilberforce Way
Completed this year - Wilberforce Way is a 5 bedroom luxury house in the premier
residential area of Wimbledon Village. The house has an area of just over 600
sq.m.
Lovelace Road
Situated in one of the best residential districts in Surbiton, this luxury new house is a 350 square metre project designed and built by Eurohaus.
Significant credit for the speed of construction can be attributed to the use of complete ready made concrete components imported from a specialist partner in Southern Germany. These enabled the main basement, walls and slab to be erected inside 2 weeks.
King Street Canterbury
Recently finished this is a 150 sq. m new build house in the heart of the Canterbury city centre conservation area. It was designed and built in the same historic style of the surrounding houses, some of which are up to 300 years old.
Thruxton Farm
At Thruxton Farm near Andover five houses were formed within the skeletal frame
of an old barn. (Which had to be retained in order that planning approval could
be obtained for a conversion - since new building work would have been contrary
to policy). The houses varied in size from 150 sq. m to over 300 sq. m. and the
works were completed in late 2006.
