Funding Packages

Working with banks, bridging companies and brokers that we are acquainted with, we may be able to help raise finance for developments. Because of our experience as designers and builders we are able to make realistic assumptions about costs, feasibility, planning issues and programme.

We then help our clients to present funding opportunities in a user friendly way that does not require large amounts of deciphering, or which is still conceived. This can greatly improve the chances of success.

Obtaining Approvals

It may be that our clients have land    but have not established the most effective way to develop it. Working  with our designers we will undertake feasibility studies and establish which planning options have the likeliest chance of success and which will maximise the potential value of the   site.

Adding Value

We often work with clients who have already received planning approval for a development but believe they can obtain permission for more. In such instances we will make new or varied planning submissions aimed at increasing the potential floor space / value of a particular development.

Planning Negotiations

In many cases the policy issues relating to a site may be complex, or sensitive financial negotiations may be required with Local Authorities to make a scheme affordable. In such instances we help our clients with policy analysis and accompany them during discussions with Councils.
