Overseas projects Operating across national boundaries means being prepared (and able) to rapidly learn about local building laws and practices and then implement them. Our ability to do this has helped us to carry out a number of successful projects in various European countries over the last few years. This cross border ability is reinforced by the employment of sub contractors from Germany, Poland and the Balkans many of whom have helped with the projects shown below. Ziegelberg Built on a 1500 sq. metre plot in Northern Germany this large (280 Sq. m.) family dwelling was designed by the Company and constructed using a selection of our regular German sub contractors.
La Cheneviere When a wealthy merchant banker for whom we had worked in London, asked us if we could help with the design, extension, refurbishment and supervision of his newly acquired chateau hotel in Normandy we had no doubt. The result was a 9 month commute across the English Channel and the refurbishment of the lovely premises at La Cheneviere near Bayeaux.
Warandeberg Another London client hearing of our success in re modelling the Chateau in Northern France invited us to help him with the refurbishment and extension of an old merchant’s house on the outskirts of Brussels. The result was a greatly improved and extended family residence complete with new indoor pool and landscaping. Zell am See A regular client of ours from Ireland commissioned us in 2006 to supervise and plan the refurbishment of an alpine ski lodge in the resort of Zell am See Austria.
